Great question! Although you can buy my books from many retailers, if you want to get money into the hands of a woman-owned small business and not a billionaire, buying direct is a great way to do it.

If you buy from me directly I receive roughly 95c of every dollar you spend. If you buy from a retailer I receive anywhere from 30c to 70c of every dollar you spend (depending on the list price and the particular retailer).

Refunds will not be provided for personalised products (i.e.: a signed book), as these have been customised for you and are unable to be re-sold, unless required by Australian consumer law.

Due to the nature of digital products I do not offer refunds for ebook or audiobook sales, unless required by Australian consumer law.

I use Sendle and Australia Post to ship physical products. If you don't see your country listed when you checkout, just reach out to me and I'll get you a custom quote. That's not a problem at all.
